The seller ignored my email inquaries for a week, then sent two different tracking numbers. It took almost a montht to get my items. They are authentic and well packed. But the communication and speed is what gave this review only two stars.

They are absolutely adorable and i definitely recommend buying them, however i think mine was made wrong, the little beige ears they have, one is like just off the face and wont lay flat whereas the other one is in the fur. Not sure why its made like that because it doesn't look like that in the picture. Still adorable anyway.

Took about 2 weeks to arrive, customer service was very good about answering via email. The box came a little dented, and I was worried about the labubu itself getting messed up but it was good. Labubu was in good shape, authentic, and the color I wanted!! Would reccomend this website for lower prices. Overall good experience!

I cannot express how adorable this Nommi plush series is!! Theyre so big and soft. So many little details that really make this plush unique, like the changing eyes, the wings on the back and the little creature in the tummy. Im obsessed!

I love this blind box; all of the options are adorable and the accessories make it unique. The quality of which it was made is also wonderful. I enjoyed this so much more than other, more popular, options on the market.

I thought I needed a labubu (still don't have one) but since owning a wakuku I need all the wakuku!! The quality is amazing. Being able to add the hat and necklace is the secret to this series being so fun and cute.

I want to give 4 stars however its not whoopeas fault I think its just an error on design. I receieved the nurse which im happy wasnt a duplicate, however her veil doesnt sit flush to her head. I think there shouldve been a hole for the antenna. very cute nonetheless

I received a full box set and they all came in tact. I did however get a duplicate but that is not the fault of Whoopea. It came that way from the factory. I was given a small refund and I will definitely be ordering through them again in the future
