Received Toffee! The box was ever so slightly dammaged in one corner but not enough to really be bothered by it. Delivery took just over a week. This is the most stress free way to purchase a Labubu.

Was so excited when the box arrived. It was a bit dented from its long-trip, but the inside was fine. I zipped open that box, ripped open the package and out came my Soy Milk Labubu. My very first one. Im afraid I might be addicted!!

I never received my item and the customer service was a robot not a human. I never got my refund or my order. Now I have to wait 60 days for the dispute to be investigated before I can get a refund. This is so sad. I cannot believe the level of disregard this company has shown me. I placed my order May 23rd and on June 6th the tracking showed it in my state and its now July 3rd and I still have not received my item or my refund. I will no longer be purchasing from this website. An I will tell all my family and friends on social media to stay far away from it too.

Came safe and sound. Shipping took awhile but not a horrible wait. Price is a bit high by when ya just want one or two and havent gotten any luck on popmart, this is a good real option.

I had seen a few unboxing videos for these and I absolutely loved the look of all of them so I knew it was going to be a total win no matter which one I got. I got Become Rebel and the quality is amazing! Very sturdy. The design is gorgeous with all of the little details. Shipping was very fast as well. Look- this is what it is. I overpaid for this product knowing damn well it was marked up due to its rarity. That said, this product is legit and verified from Popmart. IF I was in the market to buy another labubu from a reseller, Whoopea would be my go-to vendor. The only snag was that it does ship from China so it did take a few weeks to arrive but thats just part of it. It wasnt anything crazy though.

I decided to order from WHOOPEA since a random tik tok video posted buying labubus from it and it being a trusted site. I know there is a lot of craze right now and a lot of fakes so I was nervous ordering. I did my research as you should always do before buying. I felt confident that I wouldnt be mislead. The time from is 1-2 weeks and mine came at around that time it was nervous tracking but the system does take 2-3 days to update since it is updating on business days not weekends from what I noticed ! I am tempted to buy again since I do need a have a seat and BIE for my collection. I would recommend these are priced better than a premium shop in your local area.
