Customer service was excellent when I emailed about shipping information, they replied quickly and assured me everything is going as planned. I just unboxed all six BIE labubus and the quality is better than the single boxes I received from pop mart's TikTok live channels ?? I will definitely be making purchases in the future. He's beautiful and authentic and the box was completely undamaged. Came without any issues or hassle to my door, without a absurdly long wait. Even though it's a bit pricier, at least you can pay in installments but I recommend Whoopea if you need a specific one and just can't get one retail. Overall trustworthy!

I love that they do cool and unique collabs but I think this one was a miss, pronounce though special the fashion doesn't match the whimsical of the toy imo. It's too out there, this one and the two larger versions. Luckily they come off and you can style it the way you want. Definitely buy and give it a shot.
