I never received my item and the customer service was a robot not a human. I never got my refund or my order. Now I have to wait 60 days for the dispute to be investigated before I can get a refund. This is so sad. I cannot believe the level of disregard this company has shown me. I placed my order May 23rd and on June 6th the tracking showed it in my state and its now July 3rd and I still have not received my item or my refund. I will no longer be purchasing from this website. An I will tell all my family and friends on social media to stay far away from it too.
